The FedEx meteorology and operations teams are closely monitoring the winter storm developing along the East Coast, which may potentially impact tonight’s and tomorrow’s operations (January 28th and 29th). The storm could create hazardous conditions for our team members and their safety remains our number one priority.
Contingency plans are in place, and we will be prepared to provide the best possible service in areas affected by the winter storm and as local conditions allow.

The explosive surge of the COVID-19 Omicron variant has caused a temporary shortage of available crew members and operational staff in the FedEx Express air network. The health and safety of our team members is our top priority. We are implementing contingency plans and adjusting operations to minimize delays while continuing to provide the best possible service to our customers during these difficult times. Economy Domestic FedEx Express Freight (FedEx 2Day Freight and FedEx 3Day Freight) is currently suspended.
Previously paused FedEx International Economy Freight pick-ups will resume on Monday, January 31st.

Due to market conditions and available PUD resources, please anticipate delays in the Denver market.
Albuquerque is experiencing delays of at least one day on inbound shipments.
Las Vegas has a new schedule which may add additional time for outbound shipments.
Oak Harbor
Due to current freight volumes and capacity constraints, OakHarbor Freight Lines is not accepting shipments over 10,000 lbs or shipments taking up more than 12’ of trailer space. This rule applies only to shipments originating in California or Nevada. This is a necessary adjustment we need to make in order to bring Peace of Mind to our customers by maintaining our service levels. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and appreciate your support.
