What are the credit account statuses?

Inactive Status

Inactive status means that you have set your credit account to be inactive. You no longer can use your credit account as your default payment method for shipment invoices.

You will need to add a new payment method for your shipment invoices.

Suspended Status

Suspended status means that your credit account has been suspended. You will need to click "View Credit Account" to view more details about the suspension reason.

You no longer can charge additional invoices to your credit account. You no longer can use your credit account as your default payment method for shipment invoices.

You will need to add a new payment method for your shipment invoices.

When can I reapply for credit if I’m not approved?

We understand that circumstances change, so please reapply in 6 months for an updated decision. In the meantime, you can ship with any of our other supported payment methods.
