You can also view your credit account status on the Payment Management page on Koho. Here you can see if your credit account we denied.

When can I reapply for credit if I’m not approved?

We understand that circumstances change, so please reapply in 6 months for an updated decision. In the meantime, you can ship with any of our other supported payment methods.
